When you find a home you're interested in purchasing, I will help you to negotiate and draft an offer you feel comfortable with.The offer will include the purchase price, any contingencies (such as a home inspection or financing), and a proposed closing date. Once the offer is submitted, the seller will have the opportunity to accept, reject, or counter the offer. If the seller counters the offer, you can negotiate back and forth until you reach an agreement.

Question 2: "What are the closing costs associated with buying a home?"

Closing costs are fees associated with the transfer of ownership of a property. They  include items such as loan origination fees, appraisal fees, and title insurance. Closing costs can vary depending on the location, the price of the home, and the type of mortgage you choose. As a buyer, you can expect to pay between 2% and 4% of the purchase price in closing costs. Your lender is required to provide you with a closing disclosure at least three days before closing, which will detail all of the closing costs.

The amount of time it takes to close on a home can vary depending on a number of factors, such as the type of loan you're using, the lender's processing time, and whether there are any issues that need to be resolved during the inspection or title search. In general, you can expect the closing process to take between 30 and 45 days. However, it's important to note that this timeline can vary, and your real estate agent can provide you with a more accurate estimate based on your specific situation.
